This has been a question, I was pondering for a while, when I pump up my arms and get a great pump, will it lead to more growth as opposed to a workout with less pump. Dead lifts don't pump up anything, yet they are essential for growth. So what is it? IP: Logged |

Yes. The more you pump your arms the better they grow. However, you still need to get the pump from going heavy as possible. Think of your muscles as being inside a balloon. You can tear it down and rebuild it all you want, but if you do not get the surrounding tissue to stretch there is no place for it to go. That is why stretching is also very important. ------------------ IP: Logged |
