I AM ON MY 4TH WEEK ON NILE SUS. I HAVE MAJOR STRENGTH GAINS. I WENT FROM 420 BENCH TO 500 LB. BENCH. NO CHANGES IN BODY COMPOSITION. CAN ANYONE TELL ME THE PROBLEM? I WEIGHED 265 AT FIRST NOW I WEIGH 267. I AM TAKING 500 MGS. A WEEK. IP: Logged |

How many grams of protein are you taking in a day? How many times a day do you eat?? What does your workout consist of?? Just chest and arms day, or are you doing a full routine for every part of your body??? IP: Logged |

Debo... has your b/f gone down? Maybe your leaning up and staying the same weight, hence muscle gain. You should've put some good pounds on by your 4th week. Or check your diet like Villian said. Your a big boy and need to eat even bigger. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Hey Dedo, it sounds like to me that you have reached a plato in your wieght, but the sostenon is working well for you you are making your gains in Muscle density, don't look a gift horse in the mouth. IP: Logged |

I HAVE LEANED UP A LITTLE. I TAKE IN ABOUT 200 GRAMS OF PROTEIN A DAY. MY STRENGTH HAS INCREASED A WHOLE LOT. I AM NOT GETTING THE COMPOSITION I AM LOOKING FOR I STILL HAVE 5 MORE WEEKS. I MIGHT MOVE UP TO ABOUT 1 GRAM A WEEK IN SUS. THIS WILL BE MY ONLY CYCLE. IF I CHOSE TO DO ANOTHER ONE IT WILL BE WINSTROL. IP: Logged |

You need to double that protein to at 400gms. If you want a body weight increase, up your calories to around 5000 a day. ------------------ IP: Logged |

SHIT YOU ARE RIGHT, I AM NOT TAKING IN BUT AN AVERAGE OF ABOUT 2500-2700 CALORIES A DAY. JUST GOT MY BODY FAT PERCENTAGE TESTED. I'M ABOUT 16%. DO NOT WANT TO GET TO BULKY. BODY FAT LIKES TO STICK WITH ME. IP: Logged |
