i wonder if its tendonitis or from stretching the tendons around the curve of the elbow (when bent more than 90 degrees) or..??? i think i get it worst from preachercurls IP: Logged |

try switching to hammer curls only for about 2 weeks ,works for me.keep bending the bar. IP: Logged |

I had tendinitus in my elbows from lifting, I let it go and it cost me surgery, back off for a few weeks and recover, ice, heat, anti-inflammatories, and such. Stretch alot and then more.
