anybody get elbow problems from curls? i get pain where the tricept inserts into the elbow???

Fuck man, I go through that problem every week, and have for about 6 years, all you can do is deal with it. I know it sucks

i wonder if its tendonitis or from stretching the tendons around the curve of the elbow (when bent more than 90 degrees) or..???

i think i get it worst from preachercurls

try switching to hammer curls only for about 2 weeks ,works for me.keep bending the bar.

I had tendinitus in my elbows from lifting, I let it go and it cost me surgery, back off for a few weeks and recover, ice, heat, anti-inflammatories, and such. Stretch alot and then more. Most important Don't show off how strong you are. Check out some of my pic's (front double bi) and you can see my surgery scar.
