I'm pretty new to the weight lifting world and although I have seen increased size in my bi's and tri's by following my plan I wanted to know if any of you veterans had any good workout routines for these two muscles....thanks. IP: Logged |

best way to get big arms is to start doing heavy compond movements. You have to squat and deadlift. Specificaly for you arms, close grip bench press, weighted dips, straigt bar curls. Use as much weight as possible. Try doing a heavy exercise, cheat, momentum what ever you have to do to get the weight up and then use a volume set, high reps with little rest. IP: Logged |

Also, I like to superset bis/tris on occasion. I think this makes them GROW! ------------------ IP: Logged |
