Don't get me wrong I LOVE SQUAT but i think leg press is a valid excercize. if you don't try this leg day for 2 monthz 1-SQUAT 1 warmup of 12, 3x8 please don't flame me and say this won't work cause this was my leg day up till 2 monthz ago when I got on this I'M TO FAT KICK. thank you for your time

I agree its a valid excercise its when people go overboard just as in any excercise. ie. people standing on it etc. I saw one guy blow the blood vessels in his eyes and another get a hernia. IP: Logged |
