Don't get me wrong I LOVE SQUAT but i think leg press is a valid excercize. if you don't try this leg day for 2 monthz

1-SQUAT 1 warmup of 12, 3x8
2-LEAG PRESS 75% of your max 4 setz as followz 10close-10mid-10wide-10close(you WILL need a spotter to hold while you go from wide to close this is no pause 40repz per set)
3-LEG XTC 3x10 1start at 30lbz for 7 go up 10lbz no pause till you can't go any higher (need spotter) then drop to half do 10 even ir spotter has to help you up and you let them down for negz
4-Leg Curlz 4x10 1 like last set of leg xtc

please don't flame me and say this won't work cause this was my leg day up till 2 monthz ago when I got on this I'M TO FAT KICK. thank you for your time

I agree its a valid excercise its when people go overboard just as in any excercise.
ie. people standing on it etc. I saw one guy blow the blood vessels in his eyes and another get a hernia.
