I only do 1-2 cycles per year. But the rule is take as much time off as you were on. ------------------ IP: Logged |

three weeks on, one week off, two weeks on, three weeks off. Hit it hard and lay off. This cycle may sound weird for those who typically go for eight weeks on but this type of cycling will produce phenomenal results-used by most world-class athletes IP: Logged |

tilt- thats pretty interesting- you have actually used this schedule? or are you merely repeating something you have read- I read that same article- and I will have to say that I almost completely disagree with everything in it including that schedule- BTW- with the drugs used there is no OFF during that cycle. ------------------ IP: Logged |

It depends on your goals, length of cycle, and drugs used. From a health standpoint, generally you would take equal amounts of time off as you were on. To correct your hormonal axis, it may take longer. This equation seems to work well as far as safety vs gains: Time on - 2 weeks = Time off. IP: Logged |
