take clomid eod during the cycle, and then 2 weeks of 100mg.day at the end. How much of each are you taking?

Take around 50mg Proviron and 20mg Nolvadex over a period of a few weeks. It'll stop it dead.

You should have some Nolvadex or Proviron on hand. If your nipples become irritated or itchy, then you should use 50mg of Nolvadex per day until the irritation disappears then use 25mg per day until the end of the cycle.
