Why would anyoen max on leg presses? Squat heavy and finnish with leg presses. Also this question is not valid since there are different machices but 450 in squat is 450 everywhere. just anouther ego trip with no value behind it. IP: Logged |

I CAN INCLINE PRESS 4 LEGS AND FLAT PRESS 8 LEGS. WE WENT OVER A QUESTION LIKE THIS ON BENCHING. IT'S IRRELEVANT HOW MUCH YOU CAN LEGPRESS. BBers ARE TRYING TO GET HUGE. THIS USUALLY TAKES REPS. I DON'T REALLY KNOW MY MAXS ON ALOT OF LIFTS. IP: Logged |
