I want to mix 10grms of gluamne wth 10grms of creatine and simple carbs post workout....i just herd that this is a bad combo...they said that you shouldnt mix the glutamine in with the simple carbs..because the cabrs will mess up glutamines conversion of GH....does anybody use a combo like this>>does this combo help the recuperation of muscles powerfully?

Carb your glutamine man...
I dont know where you heard this at, but using simple sugar as a transport system works well for glutamine as well as creatine.
My recommendation though, dont use 10g at a time. Use 5g, see you small intestine has enzymes that love to munch on glutamine and the smaller dosages get through easier and is absorbed better..5g at a time 4x a day is how I use glutamine...so I definately say carb it..!

yup
5gr creatine
5gr glutamine
75gr dextrose
75gr glucose polymers


BTW- creatine should be taken post workout- insulin response is best at that time

sorry i don't agree i never take the twom together as they fight for the same receptors thus all would not be absorbed. take it at all different times but never togehter. just MY 2 cents
