Today, while taking a shit about 3 hours after a bench workout, I actually felt my skin popping on the side of my chest(not actually underarms but about 3 inches under the actual pit). I guess while I was straining on the shitter, I flexed my pecs or something and I felt many popping feelings. Now I have stretch marks there. I have noticed this before, even when just moving the wrong way. It is usually after a bench workout though. Any of you guys ever felt your own skin popping? IP: Logged |

Vitamin E is the only treatment I've heard of besides getting them clinicaly removed. Better start rubbing that shit in right away,or stop working out!!! ... lol IP: Logged |

Try some retin-a, it'll basically burn the fuck out of your skin, but it works. Once the skin grows back, that is, hehe. IP: Logged |

Damn, fool that shit sounds scary! I have stretch marks and I lay in to the Vitamin E creme.. Your local health food store probably carries all kinds of shit for pregnant ladies with stretch marks. Ask about it ------------------ IP: Logged |

Which do you prefer retin-a or Vit E? IP: Logged |

vitamin E didn't do too much for me, i guess maybe because i waited too long to try it. I'd had mine for a while before i got tired of looking at them and wanted to get rid of them. So i tried the vit-e and not much good. The retin-a, tho i've only put it on twice (dries skin out really bad, had to take a few days break) seems to have improved it a little bit. IP: Logged |

vitamin E during the day and retin A at night- the vitamin E will also keep you from getting more stretch marks- plus 2 to 3 tablespoons of flax oil(drink- not topically)- to keep the skin supple- hey it helps ------------------ IP: Logged |
