I AM THAT GUY YOU ALWAYS HEAR ABOUT. THE 5'6" SKINNY 145 POUNDER THAT NEVER GAINS WEIGHT. I RECENTLY BOUGHT SOME NOR200 AND PRIMO BUT AM TAKING A WEAK CYCLE OF 200MG EACH FOR 8 WEEKS. WHAT DO YOU GUYS SUGGEST WILL HELP ME GAIN WEIGHT AND MUCSLE? I RECENTLY GOT ON THIS BOARD AND LOVE READING WHAT YOU HAVE TO SAY. EVERY DAY THESE TOPICS GET BETTER AND I LEARN FROM YOU PRO'S. I don't know much about gear, but I am trying to learn....and one of the things I have learned is that there are alot of vets on here that say to stay away from A-50. Am I right? IP: Logged |

Alot more deca, some testosterone, and LOTS of protein bro. I guarantee you will grow off that. You sound like a beginner...which means stay away from A-50. It IS strong but not needed for a beginner. Just my opinion. ------------------ IP: Logged |

d-ballbusta said it. Especially on the stack that you're taking. PROTEIN. Consume at least 1 gram per pound of body weight. AT LEAST. AS won't add an ounce of lean mass to your body unless you're giving your body the protein to form the muscle. Get a supplemental ionized whey protein -- I get 5 lbs of OPTIMUM NUTRITION brand for about 25 bucks from a local nutrition store. I hear you bro! I went from 165 to 220 naturally in under a year. I swear to you I'm not shitting. All I did was eat like a fucking madman and lift like crazy.. I also waled on a punching bag every night, but I don't know if that helped much. Good Luck,bro! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Jack your carbs up at least to a 3:1 ratio..and eat a clean diet at least 5-600cal beyond your BMR, you will gain weight I assure you.. IP: Logged |
