Mine is Cytopro for protein, Muscle-meals by Muscle-linc for a meal replacement, Kwik Size by Labrada for a weight gainer.

I am currently using Pro Performance 100% Whey Protein Chocolate Flavor - tastes pretty damn good

P.S. Eat a lot of tuna, it will make you appreciate the flavor of your protein drinks!

Whatever's cheap, on sale,..etc. If it's high in protien and carbs, while low on sugar and fat...I'm there. Taste???....Not important to me, I drink'er lumps and all.....besides, I can eat the ass end out of a menstrating skunk without gagging...taste...what's taste???
