I read alot that steroids don't make your tendons grow along with the muscle. I understand that this leaves you prone to muscle tears. What can you do after a cycle to bring your tendons up to speed? i think I read a long time ago that you need to do high reps like 30 or more. Do the tendons come up to speed on their own?

if you used gh along with steroids that should make your tendons grow along with the muscles.

you can assume that shorter cycles would give the tendons time to compensate for the increased muscle growth.

You might want to try not to max out too. Ie, do 6-8 reps instead of 2-3 when lifting.

beyond that i don't know.

When on a cycle i take additional glucoscamine sulphate, to help with collagen production.
