Is there any way to prevent foot cramps when doing calves. My feet always start to hurt before my calves are burned out and I don't feel that I'm getting the most out of my workout. Thanks Bro's.

increase magnesium and pottasium intake
2-3 grams of taurine

you get lots of cramps when taking DNP
this helps a lot- it should help with non DNP related cramping

Sometimes I get that too. Try grabbing your toes and bending em back hard enough to stretch the bridge of your foot. Maybe even massaging the bridge at the same time. It might not stop the cramps but it should help. I usually get a good stretch in my feet when I do my calve stretches since I stretch so low and hard.
