I dont want to use protien factory due to the estrogenic activity of soy protien which is in all thier wieght gainers. may use them for straight protien IP: Logged |

I use KWIK SIZE by Labrada only 3g of sugar. 470 calories with water or 640 calories with skim milk. Also I personally use it as a post work-out drink, my muscles stay fuller, longer IP: Logged |

I used to think GNC was too expensive until I found out about the Gold Card and Super Tuesdays. If you couple this with the fact that when you buy 2 of the same product(Pro Performance only, which is GNC's brand), the second one is half off. So that's 50% off of one, then 20% off of everything. Taco bell= lost gear...I'll just puke up my A-50 cause that place is gross. 1850 anyone? 2200 gold only has 12 grams of protien? thats what the label says but it says 1850 has 50 grams? GNC sucks but I am thinking 1850 IP: Logged |
