They are the same Cynomel is the mexican version by SmithKleen and Beecham 25mcgs per tab. Street price $35 bottle 100 tabs.

Cytomel is the same thing different name US and European versions. I always use the cynomel from Mexico. It cost $4 per bottle in mex pharms.
