I have tendonitits in my shoulder and elbow. I recently spoke with a a doctor who specializes in joints. He recommended trying MSM, which is a form of sulfur. It is supposed to help alleviate joint pain and help heal ligaments and tendons. I just started taking it so I have not seen any effects yet. Has anyone heard of or had experience with MSM? I don't know if you remeber the "Bomber" from the Arnold era, Dave Draper. He has a web site and a complete info on MSM, he swears by it! I have used it myself, but didn't use it long enough to recomend it, sorry. Anyway log on to www.davedraper.com/msm.html and read about MSM. IP: Logged |
