man i'v been doing this effective chest routine for the last 3 weeks, and it's a killer....sore for 3-4 days after, everytime.
then hit the incline bench, do the same as above, ( only 3 sets ) then jump on the flat bench dumbells, do a quick worm up, then go as heavy as you most possibly can. (my gym only has 110's sucks) then i like to end the workout with 1 heavy set of fly's, really stretch that shit, for this one set, i grap a spoter because i go real heavy, and very wide motion. ( last workout i used 80's damn heavy ) anyways, if you try it, hope you like it....tell me how it go's....... IP: Logged |

What about decline? I think that I have a pretty killer routine as well. I start out with bd incline to failure on second & third set ( not including warm up set), then I do decline db 3 sets of 8 - 12 reaching failure, then I do a set of cross overs with increasing weight, then WIDE grip flat bench 3 sets to failure (8 - 10reps) then finish off with flies on cables 3 sets starting at waist pulling up to shoulder height. Just try this routine once for a change up and see how you like it. ------------------ IP: Logged |

SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD ONE Cannonball. I DON'T INCORPERATE TO MANY DECLINES IN MY ROUTINE BECAUSE I SEEM TO GET SUFFICIENT MID AND LOWER CHEST WORK FROM FLAT BENCHING. ALWAYS GOOD TO MIX 'EM UP THOUGH. IP: Logged |

Hey, try some cable flys if you dont want to have to grab a spotter. Everybody's different, and I get more out of cable flys. I have been doing the H.I.T. training too. You wouldn't believe how it would feel if you incorperated that into your workout. it definitly kicks ass. ------------------ IP: Logged |
