Hey bro, I make one badass pot of chili! All my bros love it. Tons of protein, fiber and very little fat. E-mail me if you want the recipe. [email protected] IP: Logged |

Personally, I love the super high protein quiche loaded with meat and cheese. It lasts great in the frig. and is readily available to be warmed up in the nuc for a great anytime snack! ------------------ IP: Logged |

My favorite is 3 scoops of(vanilla falovored)pure ion whey, mixed with lowfat van. ice cream and 1/2 cup of orange juice and one banana.. mix in a blender with some low fat milk and you have yourself the livinbig shake from hell it has some pretty good nutrtional numbers as well..... livinbig ------------------ IP: Logged |
