The gym I work out at is a privatly owned local, and it has near to nothing in the way of cardio equipment, so Ive always biked, or jogged. My question here would be that Ive found that running a couple of miles about 3 times a week seems to be the real deal with my body concerning fat loss....but.....will it in turn downsize my legs? Its the best Ive got at this point for really kicking my metabolism into high gear, but I dont want to risk slimming my legs down by doing it. Anyone had experience with this...or have any suggestion...Ive tried shit like tae bo and what not, but never seem to really even break a sweat. Thanx Bros, WCP ------------------ IP: Logged |

just make damn sure that you do not OVERTRAIN them. i know guys who have big legs for thier phsyic and they run atleast 1 mile every day. just try to keep cardio down to a minimum while still eficiently keeping unwanted fat off. IP: Logged |
