Ive recently bought some PP wieght gainer 2200 gold and it was pretty cheap. I was just wondering how i can get the best out of it. I also just bought some creatine and im new to taking it but ive done all the research. Id just like to hear some peoples experiences. both products are pro performance. is it good to take these products on rest days? thanks the mak IP: Logged |

Hey guy, The 2200 gold should have come with a giude on how to use it, but if not use should mixa whole shake up and keep it in your fridge. Use it with 3 or four meals a day with 4to8 ounce servings. The creatine is easy, u dont really need to load it though, u can if u want,but not nessacary. 5 grams a day escpically after a work out! ------------------ IP: Logged |

I'also taking some weight gainer 2200 gold and dividing it in 3 portions, It's easier and from what I read it the only way to optimaze results IP: Logged |

I hate GNC, so I dont know alot about their products, but be careful with the weight gainer, it may contain a ton of sugar, and be careful not to over do it, or you will start packing on the fat as well. As far as the creatine goes, you may need to load it if it has no transport system to it (which is usally nothing more than some form of simple sugar) When I cycle creatine I use 15-20g a day. 5g upon wake up, 10g right after work out, taken with grape or apple juice, and 5g before bed. This is what has produced the best for me, experiment and find your result zone. Oh and make sure you drink plenty of water when cycling creatine, as it does have a tendency to cause bloating and dehydration. Later Bro, WCP ------------------ IP: Logged |

i recently quit that fuckiin company... but i know the products... return the 2200, get yourself some 1850, it has no creatine and a higher protein content... in fact, make your own weight gainer, that stuff is 6 bucks a full serving... alot of sugar and thats it. get some ice cream, milk, and protein... a banana or some other fruit and boom, you have a better quality weight gainer, more protein content with the same sugar, but you get some decent carbs too. also, alot of people think your body can only absorb a high amount (over 2g) of creatine one time a day.. .so the creating content in the 2200 may be interfering with the other creating you take.. sure, you can mix em if you wish... PROTEIN, milk, ICE CREAM... honest... same thing IP: Logged |
