this is my first cycle and i was told to do one sus250 per week for 10 weeks. i've since been told that i need more (500-750) so here's my question. i start my 5th week on sunday and will have bought more (i will have 15 left) i'm getting some pretty good strength gains with one shot per week, but my size hasn't changed much overall. what type of cycle would you all suggest? here's what i was thinking, but don't be shy with comments and advice.

week 1 250
week 2 250
week 3 250
week 4 250 (remember i'm on week 5 now)
week 5 500
week 6 750
week 7 750
week 8 750
week 9 500
week 10 250
week 11 250

750 per week too much for a newbie? am i tappering off too fast?

No offense bro, but that looks like shit. You need to better organize it!
Here's my suggestion and also what I'm doing for my first(plus afew other items)...

Wk SUST
1...750
2...500
3...500
4...500
5...500
6...500
7...500
8...500
9...250
10..---


Remember Sust is self-tapering, you don't really need to go all out with that. Take in mind of the half lives of each testosterone ester in the Sust, and make them overlap alittle to keep things stable! Just research alittle more bro.

Good plan for a first run, it is too long though, hit it for 6-8 wks and don't forget the hcg and clomid.

My first sus cycle was about 500/wk for 4 wks. I went up about 25 lbs in weight but only kept 11.

i'm about to do my first cycle of sus and this was what i was told to do by someone who already done a cycle.
week 1 - 250
week 2 - 250
week 3 - 500
week 4 - 500
week 5 - 500
week 6 - 500
week 7 - 250
week 8 - 250

eight weeks is the longest u should be on it.

I would up it to 1000mg a week. But that is me. No taper just a steady 1000mg.

Ok, let's talk about Sustanon.

Sustanon or ANY test., has been semi proven to be most effective on a straight dosage (500mg for 8 weeks) or tapered down (500mg and the last two weeks 250mg).

It does help if you get some non-androgenic steroid to finish with at the end of the cycle to help in the transition of "on" and "off". Followed with HCG and Clomid. You would be fine for 250mg or 500 mg through your first cycle. My first cycle was 250mg of Sust (Cytahoh) and I LOVED it, never grew so much. Currently I use 750mg a week but I feel that I don't grow as much. Unfortunatly I'm wrong, 20 lbs of lean muscle mass is a lot in 8 weeks.

Good luck, read the boards and find out more information about Steroids before you get more into it.

Damn, I have never gone over 400 mg a week of anything......and I grew monsterously with a few battles scars accross my chest shoulders and biceps....(stretchmarks).......I think I'm afraid to do more than that.

here is what I think you should do
kick it up to 1000mg this week- ie week 5
if you are feeling conservative go with 750

you are probably asaying to yourself- he crazy- a gram of test!?!?!!
what you have to take into account is the extended release pattern of sustanon- you really will not be taking a gram a week- but this will increase the overall levels of test available both immeadiatly and over the next couple of weeks.

then go with 500mg for weeks 6,7,8
(week 9 hit the clomid 100mg ED)( week 10 50mg ed)( week 11 and 12 50mg eod)

Given that you are in your 5th week and you have 15 left, Macro's suggestion looks best to me. I personally would use 750 in week 6, and 500 in weeks 7 and 8.
