add some real food, If you aren't already. Like If your fiber isn't lettuce, you aughta add some salad stuff. Throw in a grapefruit or two. And you are on a pretty hefty routine there, I'm the type that likes to let the system reset itself. Take off a week or two of all your artificial ingrediants (cytomel, XENADRINE, Cytrimax) Your body loves to be at homeostasis, and The dope you are taking will become less effective if you don't clean out from time to time. But other than that you seem like a very dedicated motherfucker and I support your efforts dude. Soon you will have the Adonis physique. BUT don't need to get there in too much of a hurry. OZ drop that t-3 it is eating up your muscle. take some time off from the dnp and do a short/heavy cycle of anabolics- get some of that muscle back and give your body a rest from the dnp. your supplement program is woefully inadequate and is resulting in excessive oxidative/free radical damage- you may not notice this effect right now but it will have an considerable impact on your future health. did you read the article I posted- you need to follow the supplement program in it- you are not taking nearly enough antioxidents- I realize that you want to lose the weight quickly but you are comprimising your future health by not taking the proper precautions. there are some other things that are not quite right either- I will try to post something more indepth later today or tommorow. ------------------ IP: Logged |

very low carbs & sugars, high protein, but not to high, and mild fat intake. lot's of cardio, but losing that much weight that fast could be pretty bad on you, this is not a flame but this is what 90% of americans want, to get into shape fast fast fast before summer......sorry, it takes time. i would say train your ass off, and be on top next year bro! low carbs on dnp is not a good idea- there are real blood sugar issues- low blood sugar and dnp do not mix at all.
