Optimum Nutrition is good. I used that steady for about 6 months, then I changed over to Iso pure....best tasting protein that I've had. And it's CLEAR. 50 g of protein per serving. IP: Logged |

Thats a pretty good deal and after you go threw about 2 of those and get sick of the shit you can sell them to your buddies and make a profit. I took that stuff for about 2 months then i just gagged everytime i took it. the mak IP: Logged |
