day one 300mgs DNP ECA (25,200,325) x 1 body temp after ECA = 99 breakfast 700 cal lunch 600 cal dinner 800 cal hi protein low carbs day two 300mgs DNP My workouts have been fantastic, better than usual. Strength is up or equal, energy is incredible, I am flabergasted. during the day on day one I was pretty low energy, but my workout this morning was kick ass, i still can't believe it. dropped a pound as well. ------------------ IP: Logged |

ignore the pound you dropped... you should stay about the same, till you stop taking the stuff... then boom, all the water your holding goes away and your 6 lbs lighter.. .its incredible... just wait... however, your workouts are good? lucky you.. especially with low carb, by the end of the week i hope you got alot of eca with you... ya may just need it to move. eat more often though... why just 3 meals? you will notice more heat when you eat IP: Logged |

I was eating low carbs and small amounts to keep from burning up. And so far it's been relatively painless. I'll spread out into some snacks ------------------ IP: Logged |
