Dam...funny how this probably got everyones attention. When you guys are planning your stacks, don't be stupid and forget your diet. It will cost you more to eat than to buy the gear. I don't remember the post, but someone said they spent their last $$$$'s on getting another vial of something. You will not get the results that you expect without feeding the machine first. YOu don't ahve to get fancy, eat plenty of good protien and supplement when you can. I'll easily go through 2-3lbs of whey per month. This being the case, it might make some of the new 'woner' proteins out of some guy's reach. I don't try to keep up with every product out there, but dollar for dollar I like the plain old ion exchange whey protein from GNC, 30 grms per serving. BPP IP: Logged |

That is so true!!!! Taking the drugs is the easiest thing to do. If you don't eat right, train correctly, and sleep enough, you might as well be flushing your money down the toilet. I personally can't afford to take these huge stacks that I see people posting every day. I know what to take to get the gains I want, but I optimize my results with a great diet and good technique. I am a firm believer in the KISS technique...Keep It Simple Stupid. You'll get more bang for your buck...I promise. But if you can afford to go balls out...why the hell not!!!

BUMP! A guy has to get enough protein. I take 2 grams per pound of body weight every day, and plan on moving it up more this summer. You gotta get the right food, and you need to get enough sleep. I don't know how many people stay up late and party, while I'm sawing logs, and they wonder the next day why I'm always ready to go. It's not brain surgery. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Food is the secret stack! I have seriously gained incredible weight by just going crazy on food. Several times a year I go mental(eating every thing in site)snacking all day long between meals.The most I gained solely on food was 12lbs in two months.Offcourse a little chub came with that,but it's all good.
