Let me get this straight. If you post 100 times on this board your magically transformed into a pro-bodybuilder? Come on. What a head trip!! How many contests do any of you compete in a year? IP: Logged |

it is a way to tell who is a regular on the board and who is taking the time to learn, I can tell you this I have been a State and national level powerlifter and training for many years I do not need some fucking cunt to come on this board and tell me or any of the other guys who have been on the block for many years that he or she does not know what they are talking about or poke fun at the fact that after 100 posts you have pro bodybuilder by your name it is just a gimmeck use your fucking head boy BEFORE YOU OPEN THAT YAPPER. THIS IS NOT A FLAME! IP: Logged |

Thats NOT a flame...I think this person has a legit point to make here. I too have been coming to this board for years and when I'm not being sarcastic, I do try to help. Since the new board has been up, I have not made a lot of posts because others are doing such a great job. But i personally know of people on this board who have the word "professional" next to their name who wouldn't know their ass from a hole in the wall!! These people have 100 posts that say,"yeah, just what I was thinking," or some other stupid remark that took about 2 seconds to write and even less time to think up. I'm no amateur but I wouldn't consider myself a professional, regardless of how many posts I've made, now or in the past. The word professional to me means that is what you do for a living. Professionals get their paychecks from the field they are proficient at, have some sort of degree or certificate, or even awards from that field. I think the board monitors should make that decision based on an individuals knowledge, and that is easily obtained from examining the quality and accuracy of their posts. I can see how a new person to this board could be confused or led astray by the word professional. It's kinda like the doctor thing, you and I know damn well that their are people who scrape their way through medical school, have that "doctor" title, but don't know jack shit!! But unfortunately, people BELIEVE them because they are Dr. Joe Blow not just a regular Joe Blow. See what I'm saying?? Just my 2 cents worth Slim IP: Logged |

I agree with all of you. I've asked George to delete this part of the board. It has caused alot of meaningless posts. SOme guys you just learn to ignore. Welcome to the board. BPP IP: Logged |

The statement that I am trying to make is that the pro-bodybuilder is just a gimmeck and should only be taken at face value, you are right there are alot of ignorant posts but on the flip side there are alot of well thought out posts, but the way i see it is that this guy comes to the board and makes a shitty statement without just cause. I took his post as a flame and I would think that alot of other guys who now there shit would take it the same way too. IP: Logged |

Sure, it's just a gimmick. And says right on the main page, "Get your "Pro-card" when you make 100 posts! Professional Bodybuilder appears by your name." "Super Poster" could replace "Pro Bodybuilder" and it would have as much meaning. Big fucking deal. Maybe you ought to look at yourself, Hackman, and ask yourself why it really bothers you. DAMN!! its just for fun....geez. ive seen many intelligent replies come from people with single digit posts...the average person here wouldnt say..."hmmmm..i need to check if this guy is a PRO or not." lighten up and have fun. noone is saying you have to listen to someones post just because they have the word pro on there. should they have a mini resume there for all the people who get their ass on their shoulders about whether or not someone knows their salt? breathe in, count to 10, check the ego at the door and take things at face value. no flame intended for anyone, just has been building up for a while.... ------------------ IP: Logged |

What's the difference? It doesn't really matter what it says there -I would keep posting even if it said "Big Greasy Fat Fuck" next to my name if I thought it could help people out, and help me learn more..... Does that really bother you? Have you nothing else to be concerned about? Matt IP: Logged |

I'm with Matt. Your jealous because you dont have it by your name. Who gives a shit. I'll tell you right now that I don't know that much even though I have over 200 posts. I can't control what it says, so get off it! ------------------ IP: Logged |
