If I take Sustanon 250 - 500mg/week for an 8 week cycle, and I take in 200grams of protein/a day (I weigh 193lbs.), do you think I would be cheating myself out of gains?

I believe it all depends on your macronutrient ratios and the total amount of calories you need to grow. For most people who are bulking up, protein should make up about 25% of your total caloric intake, with carbs and fats making up around 50% and 25%, respectively. This is just a general rule of thumb; you may need to adjust these ratios up or down somewhat, depending on factors such as insulin sensitivity and type of meal plan (eg, 6 meals/day, Animal/Warrior Diet, etc.). If we use the 25% figure and calculate protein at 4 calories/gm, we come up with a total caloric intake of 3200 calories/day, with 800 of those from protein, 1600 from carbs and 800 from fat. This isn't a bad starting point, as you probably won't waste away and you probably won't get fat. If you gain on this then 200 gm/protein/day is fine. If you find after a couple of weeks you need to up the calories significantly, then simply maintain those ratios, as skewing the ratio too heavily (more than about 35% or so) in favor of protein will just cause your body to burn the excess protein as fuel.

i think you should eat 1.5-2 g of protein a day per pound of lean body mass. if you are 160 lbs. lean and 33 lbs. fat then you should eat 240-320 g a day.

I weigh 210 now.....I take 300 g a day....I know I am not going to weight that much, but I notice big difference from 250 g/day to 300 g/day (Consistent).

You should try to eat a little more - at least 1.5g/lb. of weight.

AS increase protein synthesis...just remember AS = PS, so eat more protein. 1 gram per pound should be a minimum.
