This is a 9 week cycle a fellow user helped me to develop. I'm 20 and a college student. I'm 6'4, 220lbs and pretty good sized. I lift religiously 5 days a week, hit cardio all of those days, get enough rest, have a healthy diet and take other supplements to aid in growth. This is what I have for my first 9 week cycle. Let me know what you think. It's designed to help build muscle mass and shred me up. Deca Sust250 T3 ...There it is. Let me know what you think and if you have suggestions. use 500 mg of sust a week. That might work a little better. as far as t3, you need more info. it is still not completely understood how to use t3 effectively in bodybuilding. i don't think that using one pill a day for 9 weeks straight is healthy. it might be, since that is a low dose and you will recover fast, but i don't know. i would look more into the t3 thing. you might need to take 1/2 a pill for the last 1-2 weeks of your cycle. Yeah, I agree with jo about the t3, it is avery dangerous substance because your metabolism is regulated by this hormone, plus you need lots of iodine in your diet to keep good use of t3. As for sust, go up to 1000 couple weeks and work down to 750, 500, 250 IP: Logged |
