I read somewhere that Deca has roughly an 18% binding capability to progesterone receptors. This _SEEMS_ very high to me -- when I consider that people are taking 400-600 mgs / week, does that mean that 80-120 mgs of it is binding to progesterone receptors? That's a huge amount!! With that much binding you'd expect guys to be having a period. Or is it that Deca is a very weak progestin and thus doesn't cause many side effects? Also, what is the progesterone receptor binding capabilities of tren acetate? What I mean is it easier to get progestin induced gyno from deca or tren? Thanks! ------------------ the alpha male IP: Logged |

no it does not quite work out that way- I am not totally sure what that 18% figure means and what it is in relation to. I will look into it so that I can make a more clear analysis of deca binding capability and strength of it progestenic stimulation. - however what I can tell you is that most people do not get progestenic effect at 400mg and under at the 600mg mark the number of people getting progestenic effects seems to increase (from anecdotal reports) and over 600mg seems to be a danger point for a considerable number of people. ------------------ IP: Logged |

bump. Any news, or anybody else here? How the hell is binding ability measured in a percentage? ------------------ the alpha male IP: Logged |
