Guys, this board is great! I feel so welcome. If anyone just wants to chat about random things (or you know, just to talk to me) keep checking this message. Sometimes I want to post replies to replies & I'm afraid that they're not going to get read by the people I'm responding to. So bump this message or reply & check it frequently. I was doing reverse crunches w/ a 10lb medicine ball, it slipped and fell into my face, bounced up then hit me again. It was knocked out for about a mintue, then I bleed a little, teared a little, then switched to a 15lb weight!! HA My nose is still gorgeous! : ) IP: Logged |

JamesBlondage...what a kissup now that you know her measurements! LOL BUT, I don't believe those are ALL her measurements..Nikki, drop up a few more of the other type measurements please! I plan on starting my well researched first cycle very soon, and was still deciding how much clomid I might need to take...but then I was thinking......if I could subtitute Nikki for the clomid, to keep things all goo throughout the cycle and then some!!! HAhaHA : ) Anybody else here from NJ? I just went on another all day GNC shopping spree. I was so confused on what to get. I really want winstrol, but I probably should listen to everyone & not take it til I'm 22. What exactly does it do though? How does it help runners? I've been sick, and away at my house in PA, so I haven't been to the gym lately. Yucky, I feel so fat! I'm getting kinda confused diet wise. How many carbs...if any-should I allow in my diet. I'm getting so bored of the same old shit I'm eating. Anybody have any good fat-free/low fat/ low carb/carb free suggestions? I love chicken & I love veggies!!! & eggwhites...uh, can't get enough of them! I've been getting that stomache problem back, like one of the posts said. I have G.E.R.D, so (I forgot who posted that tummy post) but you're not alone!! I can definately tell I overdid myself last week. I was so sick Fri I slept from 3:30PM-11:30AM Saturday morning. Actually, my boyfriend & I just broke up b/c he cheated on me w/ my cousin/best friend on christmas eve while I was inside sick. : ( Ok...I'll find an old bikini & take a pic, but I need to find a scanner & I don't know how to load pics onto the computer. If you want to prove yourself, put a picture up now and stop stalling, using a scanner is about as simple as eating, hell it is easier. If you gotta hunt for a pic and keep stalling I guess then you must be a dude! Get icq and chat with a few of the members use a video hookup so they can see you while you talk.
