Does anyone have any idea why my speakers are buzzing? The volume is low and they are hooked up correctly? It just started all of the sudden??

If they crackle in time with the bass tones, they're likely borken. If they crackle all the time, try playing an audio CD and then listen to something from the windows media folder. If the crackle is in both, the speakers are shot. If you only hear it during the windows stuff, then try re-installing your sound card.
