I myself am almost 37. I have been invoved in the game for 14 years and have never looked better. At this point, I am at my best, 5-8, 227 lbs. at about 14 % bodyfat. I really thought I knew all I needed to know until I stumbled onto this site. It has been extreamly helpful to say the least.

39 with 40 around the corner. Didn't start lifting until about 33(knee rehab got me on it). The nagging injuries that seem to come with age really suck. Every time I start to make good gains something happens to slow or stop me. Got up to 230lbs at 6"2" at about 10% body fat a couple of years ago. Then of course I got hurt!!!!!! Oh well, the dream still lives on!

Shit, I feel old at 30. I think I am going through a mid-life crisis! I just hate the notion of growing old and feeble!

42yrs. 6'2" 250, after being on and off training for years. I'm now at 2-years solid training. Still researching for a source and to do to do my first cycle. I can't wait but must be patient. This board is the greatest.

Just turned 40 and never felt better or looked better in my life. Nothing too mind boggling at 6'2", 188 w/ 12% bf, but looking much better than two years ago! Couldn't stop now if I wanted to.
