I 've been on as for the past year and I've heard that you can't over train on roids. Is this true or does it depend on the individual? I don't really care about working out my legs because they are pretty big already it's just my upperbody that is lacking. I train my chest. bis, tris, delts, traps, and back everyday. i think that I'm addicted to training. Sometimes I look in the mirror and look like I'm getting smaller. I need some advice asap. I'm about to start taking a little over 1gram a week of test. would this help rejuvinate my muscles or would stacking it with deca help even more. thanks bros for the input ------------------ IP: Logged |

Yes. You can absolutely overtrain, even if on AS. I would suggest (will be difficult) cutting back. Work each bodypart once a week, you can go twice a week, but make sure you give each part a minimum of 72 hours to rebuild before working it again. Your best gains are when your muscle is rebuilding itself. It doesn't sound like you are allowing this to happen. good luck, Christian IP: Logged |

You can always over-train. You will get more out of your training if you allow the muscles more time to recover. If you've been training for a while you should know this stuff. Training all your muscles that much is idiotic. Give them some rest - yes recovery time is faster on AS but not 24 hrs... what the hell are you doing? Matt IP: Logged |

I think that if you are using 500-1000mg of test per week, it would be hard to overtrain with your regular work-out schedule. You would regenerate so quickly that doing each body part twice a week would pose no threat in terms of over-training. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |

You can definately overtrain on AS, although it is a bit harder to do so. First thing I would do is take at least a 4 to 6 month break from the juice if you have been on for a year straight. I think you can train bodyparts more often when youre on the gas, once a week is not enough for me. As a rule of thumb it is usually safe to train a bodypart once the soreness goes away. 2 to 3 days for me. IP: Logged |
