what kind of gel caps should be used. VITAMIN E? THEY SEEM TOO TIGHT TO TRY TO INJECT ANYTHING. GUYS PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Can't help you there, I just squirt it right in my mouth...mmmm love it. But I'm sure someone here uses gel caps.

Just go to a health food store and buy the 00 size caps. They hold 1 cc just fine.

I would say to go to your local Chemist and ask for some gelatean Caps, over her we can But I'm not to sure if youcan over there

Get some creatine caps. Pour the creatine out into a glass. Put in empty gel cap. Works great for me

When I took ref-b I just squirted 1/4 cc into a glass with some cranberry juice. then drank it. the cranberry taste covers it right up plus its good for the liver. give it a try.
