Wuzzup, I'm a construction worker( I build houses) I'm going on a cycle of sustanon 250, but I'm wondering if the long day at work which is very physically demanding and training would have a overtraining or exhausting effect, if so should I go a little easier on my workouts or alter my workouts some, since I already do quite a lot of lifting all day long non stop.
Thank guys for the help.

Hey bro I used to be in the Army, and after a hard days work I used to go train... and doing that got me to the biggest I ever got (naturally). Just make sure you are getting tons of calories and train hard but dont over do it. Get sufficent rest between training muscle groups and you should still grow.

HAHAHA I LOVE IT bigcat!!

hell bro, i do the same shit you do, it's hell in the summer.

8- 10 hour days. this is my last year of construction, i'm going into computer crap.

anyways, you should see my lunch box, you can fit a cow in it..lol

but me and a buddy work for our selves so that helps. i bring about 150-200 grams of protien with me a day, to make sure i get it.

every 2 hours i eat, and i drink 2-3 gallons of water a day.

i only workout 3 sometimes 4 times a week, it's hard, but hey! if you look good, it's worth it.....be safe bro!

PS....DAMN I HATE SETTING TRUSSES
