you should only start taking them after you have a few (2-3 min) years of hard core lifting experience, and I'm no talking about heavy curls or 6 sets of bench press. I'm talking about squating until you puke, deadlifting until you feel like every muscle in your back is going to tear in half and the next day dreading the site of stairs anywhere. If you have been hitting the weights hard then I would wait unitl at least 22-23 (male) before using. At this point most of your growth plates are fused and your not likely to cause many structural problems to your body. I know that's probably not what you want to hear but you would be better off in the long run. P.S. do a search there are a lot of posts on this same topic. IP: Logged |

There is no way to pin down a particular age that one could start using AS. Chances are, if your in your lower twenties you still have a high natural production of testosterone. It all depends on the individual, this is something that you will have to evaluate for yourself. Noone besides yourself can tell you when your ready for AS. IP: Logged |

The recommended age is about 22-23 with at least 5 years of hard core experience in the gym. The only side effects you will get from a moderate Sus/Deca cycle will disappear after a month or so. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |
