![]() ![]() ![]() I WAS DOING SIT-UPS LAST WEEK AND WHEN I WENT TO GET UP I HAD THE BIGGEST CRAMP I HAVE EVER FELT IN MY LIFE. I WAS'NT ABLE TO STAND UP FOR 5 MIN. PAIN WENT AWAY. TRIED DOING IT AGAIN THIS WEEK AND SAME THING HAPPENED. I HAD TO PEE AND FELT IT ONCE AGAIN. CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT MIGHT BE WRONG WITH ME? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() you probably just overworked it. It happenes to me a lot. Usually by doing oo many reps w/ too many sets. Then it hurts bad the next day (like today!) If your lifting a high amount of weights with your stomache it can be too much resistance. Or, since you said you tried sit ups a week apart (the sessions) your abs just might not be used to the hard work. Try easing into you ab workout. IP: Logged |
