Hey, how can cytomel be used for fat loss, increased metabolism, and increased protein synthesis? what dosages could I take for this? I am 220 pounds. Can they(thyroid meds) be combined with gear. Should I just use clen instead? IP: Logged |

Any substance that speeds the metabolims and elevates body temperature will cause accelerated conversion of protein to muscle tissue.So stacking one of them with steroids on a high calorie diet will likely intensify muscle gains.But it's important that you use these metabolism accelerators in low dosages and only for short periods of time.Taking too much for too long can have serious health consequences,especially with the thyroid drugs,and can overstimulate the metabolism,making the body burn calories so fast it's impossible to gain muscle mass no matter how many gears you take.

From what I have just read, cytomel is enhanced with the use of gear of vica versa. The only problem with cytomel is that it will burn both fat and muscle. I would only take it in a cutting cycle, not a bulking cycle. Hope this helps slightly. I am not an expert on the dosage. I take about 75 mcg a day. I am 130 lbs at 5'2". IP: Logged |

Cytomel is a thyroid hormone (T-3) and its the strongest of the thyroids. It works by raising your body temp... which causes your metabolism to go racy fast... Only take t-3 for 6 weeks at a time and take 8 weeks off in between cycles of it. Start at 50mcgs for 5 or 6 days then goto 75mcgs for 5 or 6 days and then up to 100mcgs for about 3 weeks. Then taper down 75mcgs, 50mcgs, and 25mcgs each for about 5 days. YOU MUST wean your body off t-3 or you will screw up your own thyroid hormones and you will have to take them the rest of your life. ------------------ IP: Logged |

My suggestion is stay away from cytomel it is bad news. I would suggest Clen and ECA Stack 2 weeks of clen and then 2 weeks of ECA and then start again Good Luck

I've found that lower doses (25-50 mcg) seem to enhance muscle gains, on or off gear, although when I've done it off-cycle, I probably had some residual gear in my system. I think it's pretty safe, although I don't think I would use it w/DNP. Comes in handy after a couple weeks of clen, though. IP: Logged |

Ok, loosing BF always was one need of mine, so i've learned a little about it, some Pro BB friends of mine told (and i've tried this with nice results) that the best way to use cytomel as a fat burner is like this: wk1: 25mg/day I asked this guys about tappering down, as they said it is wrong because you gonna start loosing muscles and at this time/dosage, they said there is no tyroid alterations. ECA or (i said OR not AND) CLENB toguether with Cytomel works wonderful... I will start this on next monday with clenb... One more thing, everybody says that Clenb is good at 2 days on/2 off, 2 wks on/2 off, but those guys said that this works for the anabolic porpouses of Clen, to burn fat you have to use 21 days directly... Oh God, here we go again.... "T3 WILL MESS YOU UP FOR LIFE." No it will not. Your thyroid will come back on line just fine after you stop. Now this is not to be confused with the proper method of tapering - which you should do. But to say that if you do not and will have to take T3 for the rest of your life is utter non-sense. You will get a hell of a crash if you do not taper. This is kind of funny that this topic has come up again. We just got back a complete blood work on a lady friend yesterday and EVERY SINGLE ITEM was in the excellent range. This was just two weeks after a 10 week primo/anavar with a mild T3 dose the last six weeks. VERY EFFECTIVE and we felt it helped to reduce the water retention and may have helped increase lean muscle gains. But you all know how hard it can be to pin point specific steroid action is a stack. The over all gains were substantial and body fat dipped by 1%. Hey, you may think 1% is nothing, but for a lady on a "mass" build cycle this is BITCH'EN! We figured an overall 10/11 lbs of muscle. Starting weight was 127 and ending weight was 139. BF was 18% and ended at 17%. Three weeks out weight is 137. And BF has held. In anybody's book, this was a very solid gain. I'm going to use T3 for the last six weeks on my next bulking cycle (starts as soon a my package arrives and see how it goes. If, in fact, T3 assists in the building of muscle, (and I think it does) then I want it at the end. After the Dbol, and while I'm on the last few sust/deca shots and right in the middle of the primo taper. I'll lay out the entire plan in another post. Late Lobo IP: Logged |

War Lobo is right, you really shouldn't be worried about T-3 as long as you taper off when you stop. I always add some to my bulking cycle to add lean muscle. You will not loss any muscle as long as you are eating properly any using a good anabolic cycle. T-3 will make your more anabolic through increased protein synthesis. IP: Logged |
