I'd like to know how much protein you guys are consuming on a daily basis. I've read some papers where they recommend 1 g/kg of body weight while others suggest anywhere from 1 g/lb to 2-3 g/lb. This theory seems to change every day. Speaking for myself I can't afford 300-400 grams of protein a day not to mention my system won't tolerate that much (speaking from experience). What is a realistic and acceptable amount of protein to take during a cycle and off-cycle. Peace out. IP: Logged |

You need at least 1gm per pound of bodyweight. If you are trying to add size or cut up you need to increase that to 1.5 2 gms per pound. It isn't all that much especially if you get a majority of it from a protein powder/mix. Remember, to grow you need protein all other things being equal. Wanna play gotta pay. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Remember to eat the smaller meals more frequently, don't know if you have done this but if you have'nt try it, maybe it will help with digestibility. IP: Logged |

It is important to spread out your protein intake throughout the day. That way you can absorb the most of protein and it will not be wasted. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |
