it actually does what it says.. open up a cap and throw it in a glass with oil and water.. it absorbs it... its a fiber so its essential in the diet anyway... but to make a weight loss difference, its not that great.. it absorbs SOME fat out of your food... if you use it, get extra fat soluble vitamins... 70 percent of the weight loss you have will be from the xenadrine IP: Logged |

This kind of product disturbs me. If you need fatty foods so much that you are willing to lose control of your bowels over it, that is an issue that should be discussed with a psychologist.
