I tried to do a search but the damn thing didn't work. I have read that you should work out for no more than 1 hour, 3 to 5 times a week. Without juice I have found that 3 times a week works best for no more than an hour, working each body part once a week. Since this is my first cycle I'm not sure how much I should increase the volume. Thanks for the help.

Hey email me what your workouts consit of now...Tell me everything about your workouts...Also tell me what your age and other height/weight statistics are...Also just curious as to what your cycle looks like
