Is there a muscle tht will only grow from extreme pump from high sets and high reps 12-21 reps....ive been reading about melvin anthony, he said that muscle tear down donest get you big, only blood...in flex, he gave a arm workout..which was super setting bis with tris...15 sets for each muscle..high reps, and for extremem pump...so what do you guys do for size? what can you say about high volume extreme pump then rest, and eat...thanx

High reps is most effective for calves and stomach. Usually I hit about 16 sets for chest, back, and shoulders and 10-12 for tris/bis.

Only's right, high reps for the abs calves and the spinal erectors.

They keep you standing erect all day and so respond best to high reps.

High reps are good but not all the time. You need to switch it up now and then. Keep shocking the muscle!
