I always do well running & lifting to the Rocky soundtrack *Smiles* & that German band...(I can't spell) Rampschtein (get the point?) That's not the music I'm into, but it gets me pumped & has good beats. Anything by DMX is great to work out to!

The best thinkg for music is to do a search for mp3 cdmaker, and download one. You can download mp3's then convert them to cda files and burn on cd. Im always making new cds for the gym that waw. You can find just about any song you want in a mp3 and the quality is the same, and best of all its free.

Nine Inch Nails....especially, listen to "Sin," "Mr. Self Destruct" "Terrible Lie," "March of the Pigs," "Head Like A Hole" and "Ruiner"...all should be easy to find on MP3 except maybe "Ruiner"....then again it helps to be a psycho that rages at Trent's voice like myself ;-) Ahh, I'm stopping before I turn this into a Trent Reznor biography.....and Metallica is definitely up there- or hardcore Nirvana like "Aneurysm"...ooooh, "And Justice For All" just came on the radio......

For lifting, METALLICA, some Smashing Pumpkins maybe... Whatever it is it is LOUD.

For cadio, different story, need rythm, techno, reggae even. My white ass has no rythm unless the music does.
