Gotta quickie for you guys... When I am doing my measurements, do I find the most flattering number and go with (where my arms/chest are biggest and my waist is smallest) or is there a specific location? Also, do I measure when pumped, first thing in the morning, or somewhere in between? IP: Logged |

Whenever and wherever you measure be sure to annotate it with the measurement and always do it the same way every time. The only way to measure progress is to be consistent. chesty ------------------ IP: Logged |

I measure when I'm cold, usually right before I'm going to work out. The Shoulders and Arms would be measured at the widest point, arms held up at a 45% angle, but not flexed. The chest should be measured right across the nipples, and the waist should be done right across the navel. hope this helps, Christian IP: Logged |

Absolutely it helps, thanks bros. I was debating buying a bottle of pump-n-pose, doing 8 sets of concentration curls, etc... (LOL) This talk of Arnold's measurements made me curious if I was doing this right. I just couldn't understand why my measurements didn't compare to his. (LOL, again) ------------------ IP: Logged |
