I was thinking of taking an 8 week course of decca. I have been training hard for the last 3 years and have been taking various supplements including creatine. Before taking a course I decided to have a medical check and they told me that I had a "quiet systolic murmur at the left sternal edge" of my heart. I was further told that since I was young (26 yrs) healthy and had no adverse symptoms then this was not a problem. I was wondering if I was to undertake an 8 week course would this affect my heart adversely or aggravate thisconditon? I'm only planning to do one 8 week course this year and leave it at that, so it's not as though I'd be bulking up big time. Does anyone know if taking a course of decca would aggravate this heart condition or make it worse or would I be ok to take this? Somebody please advise me. Cheers. ------------------ IP: Logged |
