Hey bros, just an interesting question.. Okay, I'm only 18, and I know from reading previous posts that most 18 year olds haven't reached growth potential... But.. When I was 13 I was 5'1 110..no shit..When I was 16 I was 6'1'' 165..After six months of eating(ALOT!) and lifting, I got up to 220lbs bw. some fat, but I was strong. now I'm down to 195 at 6'3'', but I'm cut up. After running for a few months I really lost ny strength and it ain't coming back.So nowI want to juice, and I mean hell...165 to 220lbs in six months naturally.. I do think it's time for the gear.. What do you guys think? ------------------ IP: Logged |

Your bitching about going from 165-220 naturally and you want to know if thats a reason cause your losing strength to get on gear...Not no BUT HELL NO....If your going to juice then your going to juice...but why are you not satisfied with what you did...What kind of diet do you have? what are your workouts like? Are you still pounding the weights just as hard as what got you to 220? where you taking any supplements? what kind of rest do you take during and after workouts? there are alot of tangiables as to why you might have gotten weaker...It sounds like you might have spent to much time on cardio and neglected to put that effort into Heavy weights...Do you run before,or after your workouts? There are so many things you could look to change inorder to get your strength back up as well as a little size, but I don't think with those kind of jumps in size that you need to use gear...email me with some more details about your diet, workouts, and supplements...get as detailed and possible, maybe I can help you look for things to change or correct. But I think you would be wasting your time with gear right now...but then again you could be one of the few guys your age, as well as mine being only 19 that have fully matured... If you can go from 165-220 that fast then there is no need for juice. See what you can do naturally. Did you lift when you ran those couple months? (lightbulb!) Do yourself a favor and WAIT. Doesn't sound like your too commited to lifting. Your strength doesn't go down if you consistently lift. I don't care who you are. It might stay the same for a while, and you have off weeks, but it doesn't go down. ------------------ IP: Logged |

No juice for you little guy. Be patient, lift harder, train smarter. Adding more steroids into your body right now probably would be a waste. At 18 and with the results you got on your own you probably have as much naturally produced test in your body as you can use. Adding more would probably just cause negative side effects. IP: Logged |

Well, do you think that quitting lifting had anything to do with the drop in weight?????? If you are running and doing calsithenics, well, no shit, your strength went away. I don't think anyone is at or near their potential in their teens. If you are going to SEAL training, running and calisthenics should be most important.......there will be time for gear.
