you guys always scorn newbies for asking for sources on the board. How the hell else are they going to get sources? I am willing to bet that large number of you guys who complain about these newbie actions got your gear this way! In other words, give these guys a break and help them out! peace IP: Logged |

First rule: Patience I know you want huge muscles in hurry, or you would not be wanting gear, but resist your eagerness, it will probably get you a scammer. Second rule: Build trust and make a network of online ppl who know their gear. Trust takes time. Third rule: Get yourself edumicated! there are lots of awesome links flying around, bookmark them and read for a while so you can make informed choices. Ask questions on the boards on stuff that you are unclear or for information that can only come by firsthand experience that other ppl have. Good things come to those who wait! ------------------ IP: Logged |

ruffy, when newbies are scorned for posting for a source, its only because we care. The last thing we want is a new guy to send $400 to someone they think is a source, only to end up with nothing. Its much better to take some time, build some rapport with a vet that you trust, and e-mail them privately for a good source. That is the proper way to do it. -Christian IP: Logged |

Slow down Ruffy. I am new to this also, but I can tell U everything U need is right before your eyes. Listen to what cb38ac and do some searching. I have yet to ask for a source, but I can tell U that I have compiled a list of over twenty possible sources, all this from checking other boards and reading old/new post. When I am ready all I need to do is check with monitors/vets to see who is real and who is full of shit. I think that's the way it works, correct me if I am wrong. Out of this twenty I am sure that at least three to five are legit maybe more. I just didn't put anybody on my list- READ READ READ. Doing this I think monitors/vets will see that I have been doing my own legwork. Patience THE VETS/MONITORS ARE LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR BEST INTEREST Bro. slimman01 IP: Logged |

time! Email some of the moderators. They may not give you a source, but they might start you in the right direction. But whatever you do, don't post a thread and ask. Your rep will be ruined from the getgo. ------------------ IP: Logged |

My advice is to join a hard-fucking-core gym and try to make friends with the really big guys. If you can develop some trust with one of the guys who already has a source, he might hook you up. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Chill out man and read all the information you can about gear that you want to know about (and even about the stuff you think you know about), and if you cant find what your looking for ask. Sources are something else; you have to be patient and learn alot about sources in general, else your gonna get burned. People are not about to just start handing out sources. I jus started posting around last week, but I read and kept up with the forum everyday for 2 weeks before I ever asked anything. I already have a long list of potential and good sources and these guys in here teach me new things everyday........just have patience. "You gotta learn tha game if You wanna be a playa" IP: Logged |

I don't think anyone mentioned this but here it is. Lets say the board allowed posting sources. DEA or Customs posts as a source, snags bro's left and right. Or a scammer posts, does the same thing. Or a legit guy posts and customs picks him. Posting source info is bad all around. Check with mods about sources bro. IP: Logged |

Fellow Newbie...... Just like anything else...Patience is a virtue & TRUST must be earned!!!! You must remember that the transfer, possesion &/or sales is ILLEGAL!!! Most Everyone here is very Serious about their BodyBuilding, But we all Love our FREEDOM as Well!!!! We rather be able to benifit from it while having that freedom!!!! OR on the other hand I guess the foolish ones can admire themselves from the other side of maybe CELL BARS!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention being admired from the "inside as well" (No pun intended) I am probably as "New" if not newer to this site as well but can already tell you that Getting Gear or a source for Gear wont be the 1st topic of discussion. Remember TRUST MUST BE EARNED!!!!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

As with anything, finding a reliable source will take time. Talk with a few people and build up a trust/friendship bond. There are people out there willing to help, but give it some time and you'll find quite a few sources willing to help you out. Otherwise, stay away from desperation, and you'll stay on the outside.
