Hi Bros !!! This post it's just for info, and don't mean that what is written is the right thing to do ok... I came to BB from Olympic Wheightlifting, thats why i have a nice base to the weights. The guys from OW take almost anything to get strong and big, i saw guys taking 4 Anadrol/day, d-bols and everything in quite nice dosages. I have 2 great OW's friends of mine as an example: One of Them have 27 ys and the other 37. Both of them have a very good looking body, cutted and big muscles and do great marks on the sport (both of them are international competitors...). The thing is, thoss guys smoke a lot of pot and drink lots of alcohol, beer, whiskey, vodka, tequila, etc... They go party almost every night, so they don't sleep too much. With all of this, those guys always look great and do a great job on the weights... Besides these 2 friends i know some other guys that do the same, like a russian champion that i met in a competition who drinks a beer barrel in the night before the contest. HOW COULD THIS BE POSSIBLE ???? Genetics ??? That's one thing, OW's don't have the knowledge of BB's, but they train very intense and hard, and belive me it's not an easy train, lot's of repetition with heavy weights and lot's of technic train. Should be this the answer ??? Very Hard Training ??? ------------------ Take Care. IP: Logged |

Leroy Part of it is always genetics. And these guys, despite their strength, are not as far along as they could be with better rest/diet, etc. But also you made a point - they train very hard for lots of reps with very heavy weight. Matt IP: Logged |
