For mass, stick to the basics. Bench press, DB presses, incline, decline. All angles. I like to use DB's myself, it gets a greater stretch, and range of motion. Do drop sets, and super sets....

My shoulder are going nuts when I do heavy benchpresses. Then I discovered deca. It really helps with acheing joints, even in small amounts. Cause you'll better do something else for the power. IP: Logged |

The best workout would be the one you are currently not on or have never done. If more athletes/bodybuilders paid as much attention to proper training protocols and a little less about gear they will be better off in the long run. I am not saying gear is bad, I am saying that anyone that is taking gear will grow, no matter how much of a pussy he is. Real men grow when they are on or off cycles soley because they have a properly designed training program. If you cannot design your own program, which 70% of bodybuilderss can't "If your saying bullshi, how many have ever seriously worked your rotator cuff or even forearms. seek out a professional to help. chest is my favorite body part to work, and from 7 years of experiance i can tell you there is no one way to workout, mix it up. change your workout every few weeks. but i do think dumbells are better, better motion, stretch, sore as hell the next day. one thing people do, is max out on every workout, ( i use to ) try to get there max flat bench up, to me it's pointless unless your looking for strength gains.............BBB IP: Logged |
